How to make the scroll bar visible on Windows 8?

Hi, I don't have the best eyes in the world. Plus I'm colour blind, my colour blindness is based on shades, so colours that are really light, like pink I tend to mix up for white. But to get to the point, I was wondering if there was any way to make the scrolling bar on the side of Fire Fox any other colour or something so I can see it.
