Minecraft Flans mod content packs version problem!!?

I have installed flans mod onto my client forge for minecraft and my server. However, when I can't seem to get content packs to work at all. Is it because the packs are 1.5.1 and my minecraft is 1.5.2? If that is not the case than could someone point out what may be wrong please?
