I want to break up with my boyfriend of 2 years?

I really care about him but sometimes I think I am still with him just because I am so comfortable being around him. I'm also very artistic and he is not. He is more interested in city planning and that's all he does all day, look at maps and see what needs to be changed. He is not even out of college. I sorta like someone else but I would never cheat. I am with my boyfriend is at my apartment pretty much all the time. What should I do?
