How long to seed after a 10 hour DL?

I'm using BitLord. This is my first time using torrents in 7 years so I'm very rusty. I downloaded WoW and it took about 10 hours. How do I check if it seeded during the download? And if it didn't, how long should I let it seed before playing? Or can I play and let it seed at the same time? Thanks for your time!
