What can you say about versele-laga happy life dog food?

Is versele a better dogfood brand than pedigree? Since i've been reading some not so good comments about it so i thought i should switch. But there are only few dog food brand in the philippines. So fist is versele laga happy life a good brand? And second, can you suggest good dogfood brands that are available in the philippines? Thanks!
