What questions should I ask at a Mcdonalds interview?

Hi, I'm a 15 year old girl and I'm going for an interview at Maccas tomorrow. I've had two interviews at different locations but I didn't get the jobs. I think one of the reasons was that I didn't ask questions. What questions should I ask them to show I am interested? Also, what should I wear to the interview?
