5 weeks pregnant, stressed and crying?

I'm 5 1/2 weeks pregnant, my ex is stressing me out to the point where I was on my knees and crying my eyes out. I don't want to hurt my child.. did I do any damage or harm my baby? This was a 1 time spontaneous thing.
