tryong to sort out housing issues here need advice?

For the last while now i have been trying to sort out a few housing issues here. now i have made a list of what needs to get done i have to fx a broken fence get my gutters cleaned chimney swept and some painting done. however i dont have much funds. so should i wait save up and go along with my plans. its just that the broken fence wasnt down to me but another neighbour. its just that i will be starting college in September and want everything done by than. im just wondering without feeling too over whelmed where do i start first
