Ramadan:Feeding the hungry while being hungry themselves - who were those people?

mentioned in verses 8,9 of Chapter Dahar/Insan. Shiite traditions say, they were hazrat Ali and hazrat Fatimah RA. I could not find a non-shiite tradition on the subject. Will knowledgeable Brothers & sisters kindly help ?
