What can give me the same high as cutting?

I'm a severe cutter/self-harmer, I am getting professional help but with a self-harm addiction it's not doing much for me. I might try smoking, but I just need something that will give me the same high as self-harming that isn't self-harming. (Just to help me stop for now)
