how long will it take for my bald patch to grow back?

i have quite some very short gonna grow hairs coming out of my bald spot and thoose like tiny winy spots that hair comes out of the problems is im gonna start high school in 3 2 months and i want it to grow back before then is there any natrul oils,or stuff i can put to make it grow faster i dont wanna cry myself evreyday triple again after i come home cause of bullies plzawnserr
