Is this an ideal 1st job?

$5/hour + tips delivering pizzas. It's for a family owned Italian place that has ridiculously good pizza. The main interest is because it's his favorite pizza place, and it seems unique working for an italian owned place. But, it's for a 16 year old who isn't a great driver. Decent, but not great. This job could help him get better as a driver, but it might be hard to pay for gas because of the cheap pay. What do you think? Is this a good first job?
