Is a 2005 Accord coupe worth $9800 + maintenance?

It's fully loaded with the V6 engine and 6 speed manual transmission, with 85k KM on it. The body is flawless, it has new tires and it runs like a top. However, it is in need of a windshield, CV joints, rear brakes and a couple interior things could use replacing. All together, I'd be looking at about $12,000. I feel like that's expensive for a 2005, but I'm buying from my brother who's a manager at a car dealership so I know it's been inspected properly. I guess I just need to hear some other opinions.
