Haven't been interested in a relationship since splitting up with my ex 5 years ago?

We dated for four years between 18-22, she is the only woman I have ever loved. We split up due family reasons which I wont go into. It has been 5 years since we split up, and I have not been interested in another woman since. I think there may be something mentally wrong with me.
