Jobs on horse farm for teen?

I am looking for a job. I will be 16 next summer and I want to work on a horse farm. I would really like to live there. I have been riding English for a long time and I love to event. I can manage a stable and would love to train horses. I can lunge, jump, dressage, feed, helped deliver a horse one time. I love horses. I am also a boy if that helps
