Fever by Michael Buble time signature?

I'm auditioning for Drum Major at my high school next week and we have to conduct Fever by Michael Buble. This version is arranged by Tom Wallace. I know it starts out in 4/4 but does it stay the same the entire way through? You can find the recording of it on JWpepper if you would like to listen to it. Thanks for your help!
