Best drugstore BB cream?

I am torn between the Rimmel London, Garnier for combo/oily skin, The original Garnier, and the Loreal Magic. I have fairly normal skin except for my nose and eyelids which get very oily. I want something with medium coverage. Not too heavy and not too light. I would prefer if it didn't have too glowy of a finish. Also, what are some other good options?
