Been shaking for over a month now?

My hands have been shaking for over a month now. Should I be concerned? I have asthma and anorexia but not skinny... :( I'm 15 5'2 110lbs Why do I keep shaking? How to stop? I'm also a bit dizzy at times but its the shaking that's annoying.
