Is it true you can share your games with up to 10 people on Xbox One?

I hear you can select 10 people to share your games with. Obviously only 1 person can access the file at a time but if this is true this could be killer. Eg. If person A buys 10 games and person B buys a different 10 games then u will have 20 games to play. You will need the same game for multiplayer but will be a great way to try new games
