Question #7500285

Can i use my arm with a small fracture below the head of the humurus?

I broke my arm recently, resulting in a small simple fracture just below the head of the humeurus of my left arm. It doesn't hurt unless i move it. I have been told by doctors not to raise the arm from below, but i would like to know if it is safe for me to use my left hand to play my clarinet, play xbox, type, ect.
