Non-expensive Totoro plush?

On Amazon I saw some small ones for about 30$ and bigger ones (12") (the one I would want) for about 60$. is there any way I could get the 12" ones or juts a smaller one if it comes down to it, to be of lesser value? I want to buy one for my sister before se goes to college this fall. I don't have a job (I'm 16) and I get allowance as 5$ a week. I have like 20 right now so should I save for the 60$ one or what? Sorry I'm all over the place with this. ~Thanks
