If you were a lawyer would you take on a case like this?

Would you take on the case of a rapist and try to make it look like he was innocent? One man had no problem doing this until he showed up for treatment in an ER and the nurse had a meltdown. It turned out he was the lawyer who defended her rapist in court and now she had to be his nurse. This made him rethink his whole way of doing things and he would only take cases of people he believed to be innocent from that point on.
