Medicine question 10 points?

Medication question. 10 points? My doctor prescribed me alprazolam and citoprolam meds for my anxiety and mild depression. I'm supposed to take half of 5 milligrams of alprazolam and 10 milligrams at supper time everyday of citoprolam. I'm worried about it because I've heard of all of the side affects. But I wanna get better so I can enjoy my life again. I've taken alprazolam twice in the past two days but I'm supposed to take it 3 times a day or whenever I need it for anxiety. What should I do? I really don't like meds but I'm ready to get better
