How much weight would i lose if...?
okay so if i dont eat anything from now (6.10pm) until 1.00pm tomorrow and then i weigh myself, do you think my weight would have gone down? in that time, i'll be working from 9.30. how about if i worked all day from 9.30 to 5.00 and then weighed myself when i got home? do you think there would be quite a difference, even if it were only temporary? please dont lecture me about how i shouldnt do it; this isnt something i would do on a regular basis, but im just wondering. so scientifically and biologically, do you think i would see a difference on the scale to the number i would see if i were to weigh myself before work at say 7.30am?
