I accidently bidded on something I did not want on Ebay!!?

I just started using Ebay a few days ago to search for a piano keyboard. I found 4 that I wanted and placed a bid on all of them. I then found out that I could not cancel a bid when I felt like it.(No self righteous comments about reading the terms and conditions.) I won 3 of them and bought one. I contacted the seller about the other two and one of them agreed to take down the item. I didnt get a response from the other. What can I do?? Will I be forced to buy the item??
