What is the name of this style of kung fu?

I've been doing some research. I've looked into various forms of martial arts. I've really found an interest in kung fu that incorporates the five animals. The tiger, leopard, snake, crane, and dragon. What is the name of this particular style. I've heard different things. Some say its called shaolin kung fu. Others say its called "five animals" Also, does this style include the famous monkey and mantis style as well or is that a separate art? Where could one study this art in southeastern Wisconsin? Thanks.
