Good lotions for cracked skin?

I have combination skin but parts of my face are cracked and peeling. Also, after I wash my face, my skin feels really dry and draggy with any facial cleanser, I've tried A LOT of cleanser so I don't need any suggestions on any because they all work great except that they face my face feel this way. Is there any fragrance free and oil free moisturizers you can suggest? Or an easy remedy to fix this problem?
