I don't know what to do for my toe or what's wrong with it?

It got slammed in between solid oak wood floor and a wood door it's swollen bruised and stiff and it hurts really bad. I took some medicine and it didn't work by the way it's the pinky and the injury happened yesterday and today I had it a little better I could walk a little better so I decided to play some street basketball with my cousin and my uncle well my uncle stepped in and now it's even worse and my dad said doctors don't do anything for toes. So I don't know what to do. Btw I don't think this affects anything but I'm a 14 yr old girl. So ya btw thanks soo much for your help
