My friend thinks she is gay?

My friend thinks she might be gay. She is not in her teens so she doesn't feel it's a phase. But she doesn't know how to determine if she is or not. She hasn't really had any experiences and just doesn't know what to do. I don't really know how to help her because no one knows better unless they've gone through it themselves. She does know I would accept her either way but I want to help her. Does anyone know of anything I can give her where she can talk to someone about it without being judged? Like a forum or something? Any help would be great!
