				A question about Losing weight?
Ok so I'm trying to lose 10 pounds but it's really hard like ill be running on the treadmill for 5 mins and get very tired then I take a break I can only run for five mins then have to stop if i keep Doing this will I still be able to lose some weight I'm also eating healthy.
