Swollen lymph nodes!!?

Swollen lymph nodes in the neck!!!?I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck it's been swollen for about a week now. And I over read something on the internet that said swollen nodes is one of the first signs of hiv. I got so scared I rush to my doctor and got tested. But now I'm just waiting for the results and I'm so scared. But I don't have any of the other symptoms the headache
