I got a citation for not being listed on the insurance driving with only a permit and speeding 16mph over?

I'm taking my driving test in 2 weeks will I be able to still take that test or will I not be allow to get my license until I'm 18? Also how much will the fines be and will I be able to take traffic school to dismiss all of them? This is in Texas. Thank you for any answers
