How can I put on muscle?
Okay, I'm 16 years old, 150 lbs and 6'2. I've been working out for about a year, but I haven't really gotten any results. I do chest, shoulders, and triceps on Monday. Biceps and back on Wednesday. And legs on Friday. I do stuff like bench press, push ups, rows, squats etc and I don't really know what I'm doing wrong? Could you help me by giving me some tips or a workout routine?
