Should I trade my Eli Manning and Steve Smith for his Andrew Luck and Miles Austin?

This is a 12 team standard league and I was just offered Andrew Luck and Miles Austin for Eli Manning and Miles Austin? Does this make my team better? I upgrade at Qb but downgrade a little bit with my flex with Austin but I think this is a solid trade do you think it is???
