Twitter not working on my wireless network?

Twitter has been down for 2 days now on both computers & my phone, while connected to my wireless home network. I've been receiving: "Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" when trying to access the site. I tried restarting the computers twice, updated my software & cleared my cache & cookies. All other sites are loading.
