How can I cear my face by tomorrow!!!?

Okay, so tomorrow at 6 pm I have an audition for a target commercial modeling I am a 14 year old girl and I only have 3 blemishes and there going away not popping up but they are still there.. There's redness and they stick out a little I would like to know what I can do to get rid of them before the audition or at least help them!! And maybe natural makeup tips too?? Please help me :0
