What skills does working with horses give you?

I have been riding and working with horses from an early age. I am now 16 and share a horse which I groom,play with and exercise. I also go on hacks with the owners other horse. I must have learnt some life skills but I am not very 'in touch' with myself and find self evaluation difficult so was wondering what sorts of schools I may have developed? This is to help me write my CV. Thanks
