Why doesnt my husky like my roommates cousin?

When my roommate moved in, my husky mix loved my roommates male cousin (jerry) He has a husky of his own. Just recently my dog (denzo) out of nowhere went crazy when he walked in. He was sleeping silently on the floor, jerry walked in and denzo got up really quick n jumped on jerry as if he were trying to play with him, but he wasn't. I didn't think much of it. Just yesterday as jerry walked in again denzo started growling and barking and trying to get to him. My dog is a gentle dog and has never done anything like this. Could he sense something bad in jerry or is it possible that jerry did something to my dog?
