Why does my heart hurt after a flight?

I don't know why my heart hurts? Usually, sometimes my heart hurts for like 5-10 mins, and i feel so tacky when i say my frnds "my heart hurts". Jokes apart it does hurt, and today after a 5 hour flight, its been 2 hours already and it still hurts. my pain level right now, I would say is 5 out of 10. It isn't extreme, but i worry if theres any bigger problem that i am ignoring now. I am 23, female, non-smoker, don't drink. I should say that my father did have a heart prblm, so its in my genes a lill.
