Could this charge be dropped?

I got a disorderly conduct for being underage and drinking. He would have gave me a underage but he didnt want to because that would suspend my license and I'm a firefighter. That would cause me not to make calls. But my buddy is 21 and he is the one he smelled alcohol on, we were at a dead end street in the woods that no one lives on. Once he smelled the beer on my buddy he breathalyzed him and he didnt smell anything on me but he still breathalyzed me and he found I had .049% BAC. Could I get the charge dropped in court if I said he had no probable cause to Breathalyze me and explain the story?
