What's a good way to start eating healthy? & also start eating more foods?
When i was younger, my parents would let me eat whatever i wanted, without questioning it. & now, i only eat certain foods, mainly junk food. i don't eat any veggies&hardly any fruits. The only meat i eat now, is chicken. I want to start eating like " a regular person " but i don't know how. And now, I'm border line anemic. I guess my question is, how do i overcome being so "picky" and eat the right type of foods while trying to lose weight.
