Did my mother just call me fat?

Im 10 and have a belly. Im 4'10 and 106 pounds! I feet fat! But the back of my shoulders stick out amd my mom said those are my wings. I laughed and then she saw mystomach through my tankini (again my stomach sticks out and i had a short over it) and she said woah belly! And i felt like she insuled me terribly
