I'm pregnant, didnt get any sleep, i go to work in an hour. what should i do?

I had already called in 4 days ago because again, I didn't get any sleep so I told them I wasn't feeling good. The next day when I went to work, I asked if I could go home 2 hours early because i started falling asleep at work. And now today... should I call in? I've only started my job in december... I just feel a bit irrisponsible. I just CAN NoT fall asleep
