Can hgh help me grow taller?

Ok im 21 years old and 5"6 .im a little concerned at times about my height.like it comes and go.plus my shoe size its 7 and almost every girl i date ask me "why are your feet look so small? So gaining atleast 2 inches would be very great for me.so im womdering if my growth plates are still open will hgh make me taller and feet grow? Only honest answers pleasee
