Can a reserve marine contract into the army as a officer?

I am joining the Marine reserve and will be trying to get into the PLC program. While in college I will be in Army ROTC(non scholarship). My plan is if I don't make it into the Plc program by junior year to take a army contract. Would I be able to take that army contract or would I have to wait until my marine reserve contract is up.
