Can i get ripped in 2 months?
Im 17 5'9 and weigh 130-135 pounds, i have excess fat on my pecs(not saggy) belly and thighs but my arms are very skinny, but judging by my height and weight I thought im supposed to be a twig! This is a weird situation should i try to lose the excess fat first or just start building muscle and pray it goes away, my friend told me im skinnyfat and that i dont have enough muscle so it just looks like im really fat underneath my clothes, is it possible to build enough muscle for me to look strong and not have love handles or man bewbs
