Can you show your stomach at Disney world?

Like not a bikini top but showing 2 ish inches. I have high wasted shorts and a crop top that would be really nice to wear in the hot weather, but it shows a good 2 inches of my stomach. Also, can i wear it at resturaunts? I know i cant at the "signature" ones that are dressy casual, but can i at the others?
