I can't get a callback for the life of me. Help!?

No matter what I do, no jobs will call me back... Every time I see a strange number on my phone, I get my hopes up that's it's a job, but it only turns out to be a debt collector about my student loans (ironic, isn't it?). My resume is good, I've had it looked over by several people. I have a bachelor's in psychology. Graduated last year and have been working as a lousy nanny ever since. I'll be without health insurance in 2 months. I have lots of experience but it's all pretty vague and no customer service. There is nothing wrong with me that I shouldn't be getting a job. Please help!
