Linux and Windows help?

I installed Zorin OS and had Windows 7 on the other half of the hard drive and I wan't to uninstall windows, I mean when I boot Windows from the choose menu, it goes to login and gives me a blue screen of death saying Memory Dump and I have a feeling its Zorin messing it up. And I do not have recovery disks however I am on dell and they have there own reset option in F8 but when I try that at boot nothing happens :(
