Fallout New Vegas Dead Money Bug?

I am currently on the mission Heist of the Centuries. I'm stuck at the part where I have to go to the lobby and get the music from the receptionist computer, but for some reason I can't seem to get the theater ambient track, all it says is theater control inaccessible. I don't know how to get around it and it's frustrating. I'm running this game on pc if that helps.
